By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All orders are shipped from our Pennsylvania location. Orders are processed within 3 days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the distance it needs to travel, and may be reviewed prior to completion of checkout.

We currently only ship domestically within the US. Orders may take up to a week to arrive.

We at Moon Bug take your privacy very seriously. We will never share any of the information you provide to us (including your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) with anyone. All of the information that we collect will only be used to complete your order with us. We will never send you unsolicited communication.

You may request a change of order or cancellation within 24hrs of purchase or before the product has been shipped for a full refund or order change.

Due to the nature of our small business, we currently are not accepting returns or refunds after an order has shipped. We can accept exchanges for damaged products in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped. Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be issued for packages that are stolen after they have been successfully delivered to the provided address. MoonBug Mystic Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in shipping address provided by customer. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
