All items ship from our home office in south central Pennsylvania, USA.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24hrs of purchase. Where possible we use recycled, biodegradable or eco-friendly packaging.
Where do you ship to? / Can you ship internantionally?
We currently ship within the USA, Canada and Mexico.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please allow for up to two weeks for your package to arrive. Most packages should arrive in 7 to 10 days.
My order is a gift. Can you hide the price or add a special message?
If you would like prices excluded or a special message added to your order as a gift, please request such in the comments of your order. Or you can send us a request with your order reference number thru our contact page and we’d be happy to do that for you. 🙂
I would like to change / cancle my order.
Send us a message thru our contact page about the change you would like. Please include a puchase referance number and name so we can locate your purchase. So long as the order has not shipped we can apply any change or cancle an order for full refund.
Are you open for commission/ custom work.
We currently do not offer commission or custom works.
